Antique/Vintage Japanes/Chinese Art Signed On Tile,Framed

    I'm not sure what this is,maybe Chinese or Japanes with what appears to be a signature,but as stated I'm not sure.Framed in a wood frame with velvet around arwork.Any idea who the artist is,how old this item is. SAM_6348.JPG SAM_6350.JPG SAM_6352.JPG

    The wire indicates that it was intended to hang on the horizontal and you posted the images as verticals.
