Featured Old or Newer? Chinese girl holding small dragon.

    Hello, looking for help with this item. I think it is Chinese and I think that is a dragon she is holding. Not sure of age or style, any help appreciated. TIA.

    In what way, I am curious. Reddening the lips is one thing, but the application of lipstick is another.

    I'm wondering what the indentation/well is for on the top of the dragon, it is angled so wouldn't be for a candle. Incense perhaps?

    Doesn't look like a dragon to me - maybe a lion or tiger cub.
