Are these spelter figures old?

I would think they were meant to be Diana. She is occasionally shown seated. Here's an example by Mathurin Moreau.

That I have posted are alot rougher have a look at their feet and toes they don't have the same clarity and detail a bit more rough casted.

 

Yes, they are. A duplicate pair. Odd. Wonder if they didn't have some decorative purpose.

Here's another. More finely cast than the example above. No mention of clock topper (although she can be found seated as such.)
