This is Morrocan Fez ceramic. Not sure of the particular potter. Maybe someone will be along who knows more. It’s very nice! :)

I do not. If you check back here other people will leave comments if they know. You can google Moroccan Fez vase and learn more about it. Maybe someone here will be able to say what age they would think.

    Welcome Atenaz.
I love the jug. i need help is right, it is Moroccan, but from a different city, Safi, on the central Atlantic coast of Morocco.
Although Fez is famous for blue and white pottery, decorative metalwork frames are typical for Safi. They also manufacture blue and white, as well as many other colours and styles.

I don't know about the date, but it doesn't look antique to me. These have been made for several centuries and are still being made today.
The Moroccan National Ceramics Museum is in Safi, they may be able to tell you more about the age, but I can't find an email-address. On these sites is some other contact info:

The name of the potter is probably not relevant for the value, but @avant may be able to read the mark.:)

Hello there! This is a very lovely jug, but it is certainly not an old piece. These are usually sold by local pottery studios. I don't think that this is the potter's signature (although it is a possibility) since the writing is overglaze. It could be the name of the pottery studio. These is also number "25" written in Arabic numerals underneath. Since it is handwritten it is hard to identify all of the letters, but the first two are "m" "z" which means that this could also be a name of the object itself, in this case it could correspond to the Arabic word mazhariyah (مزهرية) which means a "vase", "bowl" or "vessel."
