These pieces are not marked . I know some makers never signed their jewelry
like Juliana D&E , and I have never seen jewelry with black paint over copper.

Anybody know who made this jewelry ?

    Thank You

Hi Billy, black on metal is called Japanned :)

Those upside down rhinestones are ringing bells, but not D&E bells. I've seen that before somewhere. I don't recall seeing D&E japan metal, but you never know; if a client paid, they would have! This is one I'd love to show one of the jewelry groups over on FeeBay; there are some rhinestone junkies over there.

Am I the only one who thinks that paint looks like it was applied by someone other than the manufacture? Love that brooch!

It wasn't. I've seen a lot of this and it was all done in the factory.

I think Shriner sometimes used upside down rhinestones, it's worth checking out.

Not impossible it is Schreiner. Just to be clear, it is isn't the "japanned" part that is pointing us towards Schreiner, but the inverted rhinestones. Lots of companies used japanning in their jewelry. From the pic above I think possibly the pin and the earrings to the left might be Schreiner, but not the earrings in the center.

Would need to see better photos to be sure.

I think I just saw the largest one in another colorway identified as Schreiner.
