    I’m getting ready to donate a bunch of stuff, I pulled these from the pile because I know they’re sometimes desirable and maybe worth offering to friends. All I can tell you is there’s no seams or marks anywhere and the “bone” colored one seems to have some mass to it..the others seem fairly light weight.
    Thanks much Folks!

    If you're throwing those, throw them at me! That white one is ivory. The next biggest may be bakelite. Not entirely sure of the rest.

    Look at the lines on the Ivory! That’s beautiful.

    Schraeger lines, indeed. Those mottled green and brown ones are very fine.

    Unbelievable…these were with a big pile of worthless looking, mostly broken and mainly somewhat tacky costume jewelry. I set some things aside that we’re interesting and was on the fence with these. Sadly I have zero documentation on the ivory and am very surprised. It seems like it’s machine tooled, it’s so smooth on the inside. Wild!

    It alas is post-1947 from the design, so IIRC even documentation wouldn't help if you're in the UK. Here in Connecticut we can't sell it on the open market at all unless it's part of an antique piece with documentation.

    A very nice lot.:)
    Textbook Schreger!:woot::woot:
    Looks like it could be Art Deco, which means pre-1947. Nice genuine wear on the inside too.
