    i have an old polyphone and i want to know what series of this polyphon..

    It's like a music box which has a cylinder this one has removable flat disk which plays the different tones.

    Polyphon IS the brand.

    This is an object where all you need is 'Polyphon', any potential buyer will need nothing more than good pictures, notably of the comb to show any briken tips or teeth and a description of the working order.

    I'd mention the title of the disc. "Die Wacht am Rhein" is a must for every true German. discs generally pay appr. 10 - 20 € a piece, depending of the title.
