    That's no big deal, it has just become detached, not broken. The use of that kind of bead tip without soldering it closed suggests a home craftsperson stringing job. The tip just needs to be hooked back in & curled back around. There are special little pliers for doing this & keeping it rounded. Would think a jeweller would do it for you at no charge, it's 5 seconds work.

    Yeah that’s the thing. I don’t want to do it myself and break it. I’m a rookie haha. So just curl it around? There is no way they could solder it and make it closed ?

    I was only ever a home hobbyist at this myself, so have the right little tools, but never went so far as being able to 'cold solder' things. Am thinking a tiny dab of clear epoxy glue might secure it well enough unless handled roughly. Have found the biggest danger to shorter necklaces is pulling off a turtleneck & forgetting you have the necklace on over it.
