Featured Small Blue Glass Ram(?) Paperweight Figurine

Hello Everyone! Doe anyone recognize this critter? I think it's a ram. It measures about 3 1/4" long and 2 1/4" tall It has a nicely polished base. Does anyone know who might have made him and when? Thanks for whatever help you can provide.

I love it. He is quite a character, isn't he.

 

He's adorable, Don, and thinks he's rather regal with his snout in the air!! But I can't help other than to admire him!

Hello Everyone - reporting back. I joined Heart of Glass and had a very helpful back and forth with Rosie Pearce. She helped me reach the conclusion that my ram is most likely Chinese. The determining factor was the bottom. The fact that it is not as clearly polished as the rest of the ram is an indication of probable Chinese production. Thanks you, Ownedbybear, for directing me to this site and to everyone for your help and support.
