Painting worth

Hello everybody,
I got a hold of an old painting and wanted to know if anyone could figure out who the artist is…I have the painting saved under gallery. I believe it is by an artist Rossi but not sure which one

If you have a magnifying glass Jose check the picture for printing dots.

I was just checking the signature....the filters I use might eliminate any dots IF there were any IF it were on paper.....just saying.....

Thanks, Aquitaine, it does appear to be done on paper. IF I were to have to make a judgement call based on only your small enlargement of the signature, I'd think it to be a watercolor.

IF I were to judge it based on the frame, I'd think it to be a print...

@Jose santana would you please post some close ups of various parts of the painting or print, so we can tell you what you've got?
