Faience Tile with Chinese figure--need help with mark and date

    Tile.jpg Tile 2.jpg Hi--got this at an auction, framed, opened it up and am interested in a date and confirmation of maker. Am assuming the mark is for HB Quimper. Any idea time frame?

    The mark is for a Dutch company, Royal Tichelaar Makkum. Yours has a date code for 1982.
