Mid Century Daybed

This one was listed on 1stDibs but they did not include a maker's name. The seller listed it as made in Denmark from the 1960's but did not show any marks or reference info to verify. Looks to be the same as one as shown in your second photo, based on same blue lines on pavement. It was sold by Le Shoppe Too in Keego Harbor, MI

Agreed. Same photos = same daybed

 

Looks cool and very retro. But maybe not very comfortable (well to sit on)

 

I believe this is the same sofa in a different fabric. Apparently made in NC by Carter Brothers.

I meant to add that I think this looks as though it may have been recovered in this beige fabric as it doesn't seem as tidy as the others.

Carter Brothers part of the label. They did seem to make bentwood items.

 

Sold for $1200. I got a free trial for a day or two...

 

Nice ID, say it slowly. I wasn't familiar with Carter Brothers. It seems like they are best known for this chair, which I have run into a few times.

 

Oh my gosh!! You found it! Thank you! I reupholstered and refinished mine. It was a disaster but the walnut veneer is looking beautiful again.
