Hello there, new member here. I came across this very unique sculpture and can’t seem to find anything about who made it, where it was made or when... Any insight would be greatly appreciated! TIA! D12DE7B9-DD47-405A-938E-AC8DD4690794.jpeg

I already did a quick vote for Asia before, because I didn't have much time.
It looks like a take on an Indian brass 'temple toy'.

My first thought was African too for what it’s worth. Although someone one said Indian and I could see that too. Dogon love their horses.

I agree that the wheels and chain make it seem more like a temple toy. However the form with the elongated stylistic horse appear more Dogon. Rather than continuing to speculate I googled and it does appear to be Dogon in style although maybe with a nod to those temple toys? B3CBAD83-94CE-42F1-8EAF-8F223DD3B8E3.jpeg

Looking at other Dogon bronze horses with riders, the example @J Dagger posted looks like an outlier, and may have been misidentified. The faces on the figures are much more consistent with Dhokra style.

    Dogon faces:

Dhokra - Dogon horse & riders.jpg Compare these faces with the Dhokra faces below.

Although I cannot find an exact comparison with all of the features, I think @Yachtingcentral 's artifact was made in India by a Dhokra artisan of West Bengal, as @Any Jewelry and @i need help suggested. In particular, I am looking at the hats on the figures; the sword held by the first rider; the instruments - the double headed drum held by the 2nd rider, the kettle drum held by the 4th rider, and the horns (none of these are typical Dogon instruments); and the wheels.

@i need help mentioned the term Dhokra, but it was what I was thinking of too.
