looks like a 1970's item...missing a glass top...........but WDIK ???

 

Agree that this is a later piece. Was able to find this matching piece but link was dead, so no additional info.



Probably not finding much, as this is just used furniture at this point.

 

Does look possible for glass. I thought maybe older but you’re probably right?!

 

Do you think it’s 70’s or later? I had seen that piece. So as “just used furniture” does it make it less valuable? Not really considered anything good? Seems like a lot of Weiman pieces are $200+?

 

As predicted, I am starting to see a resurgence in old brown wood furniture.

 

Weiman is good quality furniture but not top of the line. It is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. In my Midwest semi-rural location, we couldn't get $50.00 for your piece. On-line with a willingness to ship, you might find a buyer at a higher price. Likewise, you might get more in or near a big city. There is no collectible value so the value is in its utility (what it is worth to use). It is probably better quality than what you could buy for $200.00 new. That doesn't necessarily make it worth it.
