My guess is that some numbskull looked at all the siggies on top and thought "oh random retirement cwap" and never checked the bottom. As for those purses/wallets ... wheeeee! I went to the local Ill Will today and left with nothing but more Ill Will toward management.

Two bags for $3.99 each, 7 Conrad Bard (Philadelphia) coin forks, 2 Baldwin Gardiner (New York) coin forks and six Wallace sterling spoons. The forks are large and really heavy @ about 1-1/2 ounces each. Nice Lamb armorial on the backs and well worn gold wash.

Yesterday's goodies. The ones on my finger are marked for gold. One butterfly is silver, one is marked N China and the little guy is brass. The dogwood ring doesn't have a mark on it.

The Cape Cod Glass Show & Sale was today, I indulged myself with this little creamer attributed to Sowerby by the seller :)

Edit: The plot thickens, I found reference to a very similar pattern spill vase by George Davidson. This coming week I will do some research. Sowerby or Davidson, I am happy, it's lovely!!!!!!

That's a nice looking piece, Marie. Sort of has an underwater theme, right? Unusual!

Two outdoor shows the past two weekends, two more upcoming in October. $2, it is a brooch, but as clasp end findings for a necklace.

Got this at an estate auction. There are several recently sold examples on eBay but the advertising on back of my knife is similar but not completely like any them. Wonder if it is an earlier version.

One had bitty tension-set diamonds and sapphires. I think it was a custom job. The size 3 ring was pave set with small diamonds. The ruby one had bitty diamonds too. The dealer was very happy to get them and they will not be scrapped.
