Featured Similar "off the wall" paintings

I bought these two paintings last week at local thrift store. They both got my attention when I discovered them in the back of the bin. The last photo of the head painting I believe to be by Rob Gipon, whoever he is, I cannot find info.
The off the wall weird one is not signed on front but head is similar to my other one. The painting is done on paper but glued to the paper board.
Any ideas on this painting who it could have been painted by ? Or the head one by Gipon ?

I seen that auction, signatures a little off. Last website you showed doesn’t work. Thank You for the info though

 

Hieronymous Bosch, after being introduced to Salvador Dali by Joan Miro.

 

Signatures do change over time. I looked forever trying to find a clear one for the guy but no dice.Look at his other stuff theres more than a passing resemblance.
