    More weekend stuffs.

The heraldic one is interesting. Very well made but I can't work out if it's a real insignia or ladidadida fantasy.

The huge square one is heavy - well made on the front, not so much on the back. Green stones are heavy glass.

And do we think the green AB one has a replaced stone? Made by Sphinx.

We do, but it looks like it could match the other stones. Maybe a bit more blueish, but it is at the wrong angle for us to see.:) The lack of foil could make it look different too.

The last one has a Lorraine cross as well as fleur-de-lys. Based on some kind of order? Or ladidadida fantasy, of course.;)

This rings a bell with me but I can’t place it. Those cushion shaped purple gems are shouting at me but :depressed:…..can’t remember.
Is the pearl real? Have you acid tested the gold? looks quality. Do you think the green are original to the piece as they don’t quite fit? WDIK though…..:)

The heraldic one is based on the English chivalry orders, specifically 'The Royal Victorian Order', but the inner part doesn't match - could be from the commonwealth somewhere.

The Sphinx - did you mean the white stone next to the ab's? Hard to say as in my experience costume pieces weren't always fastidiously quality controlled.

I’m thinking high end poured glass but I am probably way off base. Something like Chanel…………

Could the green be a Juliana brooch?
Edit : Sorry, it is Sphinx. I thought the Sphinx was the square green one!

I'd call "mock heraldic" on the heraldic one without a second's thought. It's made right for 1960s costume and all wrong for a real insignia. I see air bubbles, I think, in the one with big square green stones. The Sphinx one looks original to me.

Foil loss is a good thought on the Sphinx and a squint doesn't reveal signs of replacement. Yes, it's very Juliana! But marked. It isn't typical of Sphinx.

The "heraldic" one is better made than most of the fantasy pieces. It's proper cloisonne and multi component. That's also a hook rather than a bale on the back.

The greenish stones on the big square one are glass, layered and heavy. I see what you mean about were they added, but I don't think so. Having said that, the middle section is better made than the outer. That Goosens one is certainly in the same thinking, isn't it.
