Southwestern silver and turquoise mark help please.

    I’ve searched and searched for this mark to no avail. Before I list as unknown mark I thought I’d try here as you all have amazed me many times. Any help/thoughts welcomed.     Looks like the bezel isn't tight on the stone,is there a layer of JB weld under the stone?

    Hard to tell but it looks like stone as low as I can see. If there is, I can't see it even with a loupe. It's definitely tight.
