    YES!!! OMG!!!
    I had something go missing about a year ago.
    I didn't insure it.
    They asked me if I insured it.
    I said I didn't.
    They said I should've and, essentially, too bad.
    I said if I knew they planned to lose it I would've.....
    Then I said why don't THEY insure it if this is what they expect for I expect them to carry out the contract I paid for to have it delivered safe and sound. :p

    Those sell for about 50p a bobbin in the UK.
    Not plastic bobbins though, they don't sell.
