    Hello Experts,

I have a pair of Sèvres style turquoise porcelain vases. Both have silver handles, which can be removed.

Hand painted and guilded in fine detail. One of the pieces has no mark, whilst the other has the name "Boucher" The signed piece was broken then repaired.

" French artist François Boucher (1703–1770), who held the prestigious title of first painter to the king"

What do you think the value of these pieces would be on the open market?

Thank you in advance for your help!

The portion of the decoration with the people is a decal and is a copy of a painting by Boucher, the vases weren't actually painted by him.

As noted by Ratsy Brown, the rest of the decor is not up to Sevres quality.

The images are transfer decoration with a bit of hand painting. Sevres wouldn't have let them out the door. Odds are they're worth whatever the silver is worth these days.

I would think the second example you posted is the more realistic price to expect per piece.
