Russian or German pottery vase signed

    This signature looks like it reads, Mickev Ulinchney, though I cannot find any names like this, am I reading it right or does anyone know if this is an artist piece ?

    If nothing else, maybe he'll be amused to find there's another one out there.

    BTW, I like the way the black coils of the pot & the black coils of the stove elements work together.
