Help with furniture

Hi i posted here a couple of years ago asking for help to ID two pieces of furniture. I was asked for more photo's but just never got round to doing it. I have finally got some additional photos of the two pieces. Any help would be appreciated. What they are, how old, where they originate from etc. Tia.

Haha definitely! It's been a few years. We stashed the corner cabinet in the shed and rediscovered it while having a clear out.

 

Interesting pieces. Have never seen any exactly like either piece but will take a stab. I get a folk-art vibe from your first piece but could be off-base. The second seems more likely to be an Asian or Latin American import.

I'd say India or Indonesia, where most of these type of furniture comes is likely, though the cabinet has an African vibe to me. They do amazing carving in Honduras (very cheaply too) but not these styles (unless it was a commissioned piece) and the dragons on the little table seem to point east as well.
