@evelyb30 , It is a creepy little phone. The second night I had it, while I was getting ready for bed it made a little bell sound and when I looked at it, a message had popped up that said:
Are you getting ready for bed?Would you like me to dim the screen?

Eek! I turned it off and hid
it under a book.

I picked up a few things, these are the best of the bunch, a nice Yellowware mixing bowl and a Roseville Donatello bulb bowl.

 

Imperial Glass Sunflower Perfume Bottle. Made for Irice. 1940s? I got it for less than half sold price on ebay.

 

Gorgeous finds, guys. I finally photographed finds from my Saturday a few weeks ago, community yard sale and a flea market. It's all mixed together, and I still have more to photograph. The jewelry at the yard salecwas 25 cents to $2 each, at I spent $45 on 30 pieces at the flea market. Plate of brooches and earrings, plate of necklaces. Belt from flea market.

 

There were two young women who got to the flea market late, like me, and had just set up. I was in the right place at the right time. I picked the very best pieces, and a jewelry competitor I haven't seen for awhile (unpleasant one) came up and actually yelled at the women because they set up late and she didn't see them. She wasn't happy when she saw my pile. faux pearl plate above

So you spent $3 for maybe $50 of gold on the black Hills earrings?

 

Yeah, it was a community yard sale. I missed a sterling Tiffany necklace for $10 from the same woman. The woman kept saying she just wanted to get rid of everything. These types of yard sale are few and far between. I get there extremely early and stay about two hours as people set up.

 

we want to get rid of everything too.......but not silver and specially not gold !!!
