Is it marked as silver, or is it just a makers mark. Thank you

I have a bracelet made the same way. The marks on the inside just say it's silver, but I don't read Chinese.

The mark is Zu Yin, which means pure silver and is supposed to be on items above 990 grade. However be aware it is also commonly put on items which are made of Tibetan silver (which isn't silver at all) and low grade silver tourist items, so the metal will need to be tested to confirm if the mark is correct.
