    Welcome to the forum, Helen. I only just saw this thread. You are right, it is Christ. I think the other person could be a leper. The style is mid century, but is still used for some religious images.
    Huguenin also makes commemorative medals for religious events.

    Nice! I am an Huguenin. Le Locle is the region where my family is from originally. They were watchmakers and also did medals.
    So cool to see something like this on the internet!

    I've found a piece or two of theirs over the years too. They did the souvenir pieces and the medals for the Olympics in Montreal in 1972.

    Huguenin pieces do that if allowed. Found that out the hard way. I think they're crazy and ornery by design.
