Small pottery bowl - obscured mark - anyone recognize?

    About 6" in diameter. Does anyone recognize the partial mark? Or perhaps someone is otherwise able to ID based on shape/color? Appreciate you taking a look!

    It says ELP Co., Waco China--East Liverpool Pottery Company, 1894-1900, according to DeBolt's Dictionary. Great condition for such an old lady.
