I wouldn't have figured that for an O.

 

They are signed with a black sharpie type pen, usually on the back and sometimes hard to find. Always signed “C. Jere” a copyright symbol and a two digit year. Many have the signatures washed or worn off but I do recognize them by the construction and the the mounts used for hanging. The variety is immense in both style, finish and size, from large cafe and village scenes, ships, urchins, birds, ect. to little table sculptures of skiers, children fishing, girls with balloons and such. They did brass, chrome, bronze, painted and enameling.

The Hamburg Archaelogical Museum featured a bottle like yours on their blog a couple of years ago. Only in German, and much of what they report is already mentioned in the Antique Bottles thread you linked to: https://blog.amh.de/ein-altonaer-wundermittel/

They're clearly not rare and the AB thread shows that the product really was exported very widely. But still an interesting find, especially now -- a universal miracle cure with "corona" in the name! Maybe fill it with Jägermeister and give to a friend?

(Why am I still surprised when I learn that the internet has a corner for everything, in this case Antique Bottles?)

Or better yet, with something nasty-tasting but high-proof from a clearance. Jaeger might have to be purchased.

Could be. I found another very similar landscape by Carey, a much brighter day, just described as Joyce Country.

That's a nice bit of beadwork. The AB stones indicate it's mid-50s or later, but my guess is not a lot.

Went to an estate sale sort of south of me. Getting there required driving through rush hour traffic and Construction, but the sale called and off I went. Got there later than I wanted to, but fortunately I was interested in costume jewelry and no one else was. Spent $155 on everything, but only took pictures of some of it before my camera batteries quit.

The picks of the litter are: A three piece rhinestone set, I'm too punch drunk to remember whose it is but I'm thinking Reinad. A Victorian floral cameo on shell. Haven't tested the case yet. A book-shaped carved alabaster fob, and a gold-fill and Mediterranean coral beaded chain from about 1920. A clockwork design birdie not made of real clock parts. The chain and the birdie were tangled up in a junque lot. Two pair rhinestone shoe clips. Dress clips. Peacock eye beads. A 2011 class ring came long for the ride; it's going back to the local high school. (it's costume anyway) There are also a pile of pins and things I didn't get pictures of. Camera batteries died.

I had to not buy the bigger stuff because the junk container was about as much weight as I could walk with and more than I should have.

 

As I stated before; I usually tend to pass on coffee mugs at thrift stores but for a $1 I don't think there is a way to go wrong on this one.

 

Never pass on a railroad logo! Not in my house! My late dad was a hard core rail nut, live steam, diesels, toy trains, railroadiana etc. Railroadiana still follows me home to this day.

The walking around and carrying stuff not so much. The holes and such are not appreciative.

 

I grabbed a brooch today, simply because I like it. didn't even look at the back.

1980s Dior for fifty pence.

And coins. Someone was selling a box full for nine quid. There's twice that in euro alone.

 

Not antique but this was listed on eBay as gold plated, by an antiques dealer with 5000 feedback. I had it tested to make sure. 42 grams of 18ct gold, minus the clasp insert which is a stainless steel replacement.
