They may all be museum souvenirs. For those who don't want to click the link:

Leda, but found in the vicinity of the Sanctuary of Aphrodite, with a definite resemblance to Aphrodite Kallipygous:

Found these today. The cabinet came out of a house built in the 1800's. It is old, just not sure how old... but I loved it! The other is a steampunk style watch display. Thought it was neat! image1.jpeg image2.jpeg image3.jpeg watch.jpeg watch3.jpeg watch2.jpeg

Some good finds on the secondary flea markets.
The doggy in the back ground is new too!
He is a six years old ridge back from the rescue. We only got him from wednesday and it seems he knows us for years...
First day we went to check him, he grape my arm in his mouth without hurting me, and didn't let go until we left....
He, now,is every where I am.
There was a huge flea market today, but we choose to do the smaller one's, with the dog, and altogether; it worked very well!

I am totally convinced that dogs choose their rescuers & they will always be their hero. I witnessed it with the DH & our boy dog Scooter. He pretty much always chose to be close by to him, but now that he is retired & Scooter can't see much of anything it has become a joined at the hip relationship.

Got it for 18 €, it is marked "art de france" I suspect it to be 20th century.

Free roaming cats definitely choose their person. Note I did not quote the 'hero' part.

Right now he is public enemy number 1 since he took the bandage off from last night. :jawdrop::jawdrop::jawdrop:

What he doesn't understand is we are trying to be nice since he has trouble navigating around & we are trying to avoid putting the dreaded collar on him.:eek::eek: Although they did give us one that has soft sides rather than the hard plastic cone of shame it stills freaks him out to have it on because I think he may be able to see some shadows (that is why our house has lights on 24/7) & the collar blocks out the light. :grumpy::grumpy:

It seems you like your four legged find the most, and I don’t blame you. Enjoy your new buddy!

Cone of shame definitely captures it. They all hate them & it is easy to imagine how much it would freak out a dog with minimal vision. What part of the body is bandaged?

Bought these at the auction over the last couple of weeks. I got the really good 1970's one last week & then the rest this past Friday.

Collection of Hewlett Packard calculators. :D:D:D

He had a growth removed from his right back leg last Thursday. They also must have had trouble starting the IV also because both front legs have a shaved spot.

Ooh, it's so hard to keep them away from legs. Don't think they make doggie compression socks & he'd probably eat them anyway. Was the bandage he removed applied by the vet? Maybe one you put on that would not smell of that place will bother him less. Wishing a speedy recovery for you both.
