Can anyone identify the foundry or sculpter of this lamp

Hello, could anyone help me identify this lamps maker / foundry etc, it is called Confidence and depicts a woman with a bird on her hand and a nest of fledglings on her lap, a child is looking up at the bird from a kneeling position

It uses an unusual bulb or one that I’m not familiar with anyway. Look at where the bulbs were made, should be stamped on. Doesn’t look like a 110 volt bulb, if there’s a transformer inside see who made it. I don’t think such low-voltage lamps are old enuf to be vintage, but I’m not very bright when it comes to lamps.

Well that should tell us something! 240 volts has never been standard domestic power in the US, as far as I know. Where’s that used?

the weight of the lamp is 12 .4 killos the hight from base to top of lamps is 30 inches

 

no transformer in base wires go up to bulbs from 240 v socket ( united kingdom ) 13 amp fuse in plug

 

has blutac on the bottom to keep it on the shelf where it was lamp is over 12 killos so heavy

Thanks. Was wondering what base metal was, and it looks like spelter where the black is worn off on left in photo. Interesting that there’s a 13 amp fuse in the plug; wonder if it could be 1.3 amps and was hard to read? Those little bulbs would draw a fraction of an amp each at 240 volts. Fact that there’s a fuse in the plug is interesting, must be an English code thing, fuses are never in any plug in the US that I know of.
