Bought out storage full Paintings.Antique Large Painting,Need ID Name

    Well I bought out a storage full of old paints,prints,some not so old,some vintage.I'll be listing a few.Names I can't make out.Need help.The painting is signed,but there's what look like maybe a country or city on back and on top between frame.
