Blemished Spode Italian dish

Spotty bits! Would this be a real drawback or don’t collectors mind too much as it’s a feature of the manufacturing then? Looks as if some of the transfer is missing too above the clouds, if it was a postage stamp that would be seen as a bonus! Thanks for any info.

 

To me, it looks more like the light blue has bled out too far from the center and covered up parts that should be white. You see it better defined in other pieces if you google images. It's definitely not a plus, but maybe not much of a minus, either if this is a hard to find piece.

 

It will certainly put collectors off. It is a popular pattern but there is a lot of it about.

 

Could be, here’s a plate I have. I thought it was maybe because the dish is an unusual shape. Think it isn’t such a rare piece but not as common as the plates.

 

Yes, there is a lot of it, it’s quite attractive, I don’t really collect it but if it’s been around at a jumble I’ll stump up 50pence. I suspected the faults were not a bonus
