Is There a Name for These Types of Pins?

Hello Board Buddies - my first time on the Jewelry Board (I think)! I have two pins that I can't quite figure out. On the one side they look homemade but on the other hand I could see them as art objects. Anyway the pins are about 2 3/4" and 3 1/4" long. They are a little tarnished so I'm assuming a thin silver plate. The "flowers" seem to be made of cord wound into a circle, sparkles were added and then the whole flower portion was glued. Any help or comments would be much appreciated. I also have a bunch of goldtone pins with glued stones (see last picture). Is there a special name for these? Any help or comments would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The flowers on the first two brooches are natural chalcedony roses. Chalcedony, a stone, sometimes forms these wonderful roses.
All the other stones are real as well, but not precious gemstones. I can see tiger eye, rose quartz, jasper, onyx, brain fog, brain fog, etc.
It will come to me, or others will help.:)

They are a natural mineral formation whose name is escaping me. Can only think of 'desert rose' at the moment, but similar sort of thing. See AJ has nipped in. If I can come up with a more specific or colloquial name, will post.

That is always my first thought when I see these. Then I think, oh no, those have stegosaurus ridges, it was the other one. And it is, chalcedony rose.

I have two of those kicking around myself. I always knew they were stone, but never knew what it was. The other stones are a mix of agates, green aventurine and what looks like an amber chunk one one of the rose pins.

The second set of pins has what looks like tigerseye, rhodochrosite, onyx, sardonyx (the banded one, unless it's banded agate), sodalite, coral, carnelian and...dunno. The heart might have some citrines on it too. I'd check the pin on the lower right for a maker's mark; with any luck it's Swoboda.

Well leave it to me to find a beautiful natural stone and assume it's a craft project! Unfortunately none of the pins are marked. I sold a Swoboda piece some time in the past and wish I had that signature on one of these. I have an attraction for these types of pins. My mother had (maybe still has) a circular scarab pin that she used to wear that I always thought was so pretty with all the different colors.
