Should I or Shouldn’t I

I’ve come across these books at the local Value Village with a high price of $299 anyone think I should get it..seniors day today so may ask my mom to come.

it’s miniature published by William Pickering 8 vol 1825 Shakespeare cover missing some pieces but pages are in good condition.

 

Haven’t found another exact copy online

 

First off: there are 9 volumes in the set not 8.

Wiscbirddog it’s 8 vol I seen the other 9 vol set but I think this is different and different binding

 

Wirscbirrdog I may be mistaken as I do see it says 9 vol on my picture but I guess they’re missing a book? Hmm but different binding.

 

Thank you for pointing that out wirscbirrdog I feel better cause I left it but was kicking myself after. Guess missing a book in the set way to much at $299 from value village. Guess it’s true their prices are going up lollll

 

Around here they use then name Savers. A lot of us call them $penders, because they overprice anything they catch.
