    Agree, it looks like something made in pottery class. As such you probably won't be able to find anything out about it. Common issue with such pieces.

    It's signed, i find another piece , really weird that i have a plate home , with the same pattern,and name , Ando

    The Ando in the foil sticker is a Japanese maker of cloisonne and enamel ware. I think this is entirely unrelated to your ceramic piece.

    Your rectangular plate appears to be made of glass? Is it?
    I doubt this has anything to do with the clay piece that I think is so cool.
