I believe they came from VT and we’re with a ton of jewelry, mostly costume.
They make a powder when rubbed together and feel like real pearls. They’re heavy, 30 grams!
Clasp is silver but not marked anywhere. String is dyed pink also.

    white pearls are for contrast.

    thank you!!!

Did you try to tooth test on the pearls? Rub them on your teeth, if they are smooth they are costume. If they feel gritty they are real, most likely cultured.

Is the whole strand knotted? I see a knot near the clasp but nowhere else.

Have never heard of making powder by rubbing pearls together. I do the tooth test. Is the clasp gold? (Those white pearls can use a restringing).

I read it online. I rub together first because I was eating a LOT of paint!!
Yes, white ones need some help, they came apart. They are marked, “Silver” and clasp is rounded and has a Pearl in it..

the pink are silver and unmarked anywhere! I’ve never seen pink pearls! They are really nice!!

just like to know if that H, or what looks like an H on the clasp, is significant..

Yes, tooth test was done and they are genuine! I have about 800 strands of fake, these are real!
Only the first couple are knotted. The strands are died pink it looks like...

might be a restring on them, no clue.

Pearls can be dyed any color. These look rather aubergine. If there are only a couple of knots at the ends & none in the rest of the strand, the knots are where the loose ends of the cord were run back & tied off.

I believe you are correct about the knots. I have seen Tahitian pink pearls on eBay, not very valuable unfortunately.
These are pretty small, maybe 2mm. I thought they would be a little more valuable than $100 or so..

Found the markings! Marked 925 and has like a half of a triangle. Going to try to get a photo of it..
