This 20cm tall bottle shaped piece has me stumped. It is made of a crackle glazed earthenware. It is off white and nicely hand painted with a Chinese style pattern. The closest shape I have found is a few sake bottles but they’ve been in porcelain and stoneware.

As it is Chinese, perhaps rice wine as opposed to sake. I can see that it isn't but the style and colour looks like a shipwreck cargo piece, looks nice.

Asian, but not Chinese or Japanese. New.

    I’m leaning towards Vietnamese.
