Coral up the top and the blue beads next door look good. Could be malachite top left?.

At least they didn’t try to take the photos on the carpet!

 

The coral is what I spotted. Might be a nasty plastic copy, but the whole lot cost me under a tenner with postage. so, hey!

Thar carpet is unforunate, isn't it.

 

Mind you, an MCM fan might buy it!

 

I’ve just gone off piste and bought a metal detecting lot!
I love sorting through scrap and learning from it. There look to be a few interesting bits in there for a tenner.

It's ePlay for me I'm sorry to say. Not that I'm listing anything in particular. Buying (not selling) seems to be in vogue right now, with some good bargains to be had if you know where to search for them, and I don't mean on eBay specifically. One needs to cast a net far & wide these days. I tire of bidding at auctions only to be outbid by a fiver at the last minute, and any auctioneer that doesn't offer shipment doesn't offer anything in My book! They all need to up their game in this day & age.... Zzzzzz

These are odd. The front of the cameo looks better than the back, but I won't know till I receive them.

 

I seem to remember something about those two tone cameos from the cameo thread. Can’t remember what I can’t remember though!.
I’ve seen a few bits marked Germany with that riveted angled pin on the back. No idea if that’s reliable though.
The filigree one looks like it will come up a treat with some TLC.

 

There were some other makers used that back, like Beaujewels. I think it was a sort of 60s/70s thing. It looks like a reasonable cameo, but the back is cheap. The filigree needs a damn good clean, doesn't it!

 

I have just won two ebay bids on vintage jewellery lots I am definitely a novice but really keen to learn as much as I can! I'd love to post some of them up when they arrive to get your opinions and expertise

 

Well, the way I look at it if they are here helping you out with your treasures they aren't on eBay, Facebook, etc. so you are actually helping them by saving them money.
