    Thanks, that is some amazing detective work you’ve done there!

    It’s interesting that this one on eBay was in Australia as I found mine in Australia too! It’s a pity that I can’t see any other photos so I could see if the eBay seller gave up trying to sell it and took it to a charity shop (where I found it)...

    Trade between England and Australia was healthy during the 1930s, and several English factories produced items solely for the Australian market. It is therefore possible for your jug to be such an item.
