Featured Help With Signature on Glass

Hi All,
This belongs to a friend, we are trying to figure out the signature and not finding it. Stands about 8"H
Any thoughts or ideas welcome.

It's a tad out of focus - I can't make out much more than you can - here's my attempt at sharpening it a bit:

And I don't think inverting @aaroncab's image helped much either, but his image was sharper than what I tried working with!!! Could it be a Czechoslovakian signature??

Can you describe this please, as to the colored bubbles, and is it a vase or a closed sculpture. I can maybe look that way, but I dont know the terminology.

Thanks Huntingtreasure It is interesting, solid like a paperweight on the bottom, then open at the top like a vase.

 

Brick wall, so far. Will keep looking.
