Featured Another Teapot Charity Donation, Any Information Please?

    Hi, I wondered if anyone good offer any links to pages giving information on this lovely teapot, again, There isn't much to work on, it has a faint stamp on base, England 13, any information would be great

    Coffee, rather than tea. LMid ate 19th C, and it says Copeland, not England. ;) Try 20 quid on it, see where that goes.

    I have now found one the same, the spout is a repair but the lid is original, its a lovely item!

    The lids are absolutely typical, and yes, pewter. The spout may be original.

    Hi,

    It’s Copeland salt glazed creamware. Worth about £80? If you put that into Google you’ll get a good idea about age etc. Probably mid 1800s.
