Ladies?

Picked up a prada handbag today, looks legit, if its a fake its a dang quality one. Wife about freaked. Any advise about them? If not appropriate for section or forum, sorry in advance.tried to post pic, says its too large.

PRADA is a bit tricky as widely counterfeited. There are some quite knowledgeable designer handbag experts on eBay's Fashion discussion board.

Deb, it could be, but, I did not pay enough to sweat it either way. I could have hit the jackpot, if not ill still be ahead. I plan to get it checked out. Like I said, if its a fake, its a nice quality fake. My wife is the expert on this stuff, and she likes me right now.

 

Many on the eBay board recommend Authenticate4U.com for authentications (if you want to bother.) Cost to do so reasonable.

The quick and easy place to start is go to the PRADA web site and compare the quality of yours with that of the handbags there. Pay special attention to the material, stitching, hardware, and logo. A handbag that costs $1,000-$2,000+ isn't going to look/feel like something one finds at the one's local mall.

It is fake....oh well, can't win em all. Ill let the wife play with purses and ill stick to stuff I know more about. She did the ebay verif thing.even fooled her, and she is a fancy pants with that kind of stuff.

 

Its ok, i should have known better, I think I have a pretty good eye but, purses are probably out of my arena. Ha ha. I have a prada tackle box now.
