People who might know will want more information. What's it made of? How big is it? And more pictures... top and bottom for instance, and any maker's mark. The more information you provide, the more likely you will get an answer... though there's no guarantee.

No they do not go all the way through. The item has also been patched at one time and there is more Chinese on the bottom of it
