Round pottery vessel

This piece looks familiar to me but can't remember who made these, no markings on it.
Any help on who might have made this ?

Only thing is, it's not Mata Ortiz, or Mexican. This is contemporary pottery from Guaitil, Costa Rica. It's a pottery center located in the northern province of Guanacaste.

Unlike pottery from Mata Ortiz, this is thrown on a potter's wheel, and fired in a kiln, and the potters are mostly descendants of the indigenous Chorotega people.

A web search for "Costa Rican Guaitil Pottery" will confirm, as will this etsy listing showing the same "carved swirls" design on a similar pot:

Could be Nicaraguan. I have a piece signed Jacobo Potosme that is the same shape, the same treatment, and looks to be about the same size:
