I need to get pictures later, but I got some goodies today. Straight to the antique gold buyer goodies. (love when that happens!)

Found this pretty thing today ,the colors ! I know Goldcastle used to be a "thing" but not sure if it still is. I looked for this one online and of course cant find diddly . I found one other pic but it was a dead end. Im beyond frustrated with my search skills, wich apparently suck ! Im guessing 20s-30s ? Isnt it just so pretty though ? :) Just wanted to add as soon as I put in Pierrot several popped up . Spoke too soon .

I've never heard of it, but then I know jack Japanese porcelain figurines. OTOH this is the haul for today and Saturday. The white unnameable set is white stuff and 18k. It and the 10k bar pin came from a consignment store who didn't check their hallmarks. The sterling, 14k and blue topaz ring is staying home, as is the bar pin.

DSCF5460.JPG DSCF5462.JPG DSCF5463.JPG The rest was in the red leather box. The box interior isn't the best, but it's 60 years old. I didn't put the costume bits in the shot except for the enameled dachshund, but the stick pins all seem to be gold. Found the 14k marks. The piece that ought to get me broken even on the pile, or close, is the smallest. It's a fractional gold piece from 1871. The dealer didn't have a clue what it was and I wasn't 100% sure either, but the coin guys' stuff was ringing bells in the back of my head.

Fake or real coin? I believe the real coins were marked CC on the eagle side, maybe need an expert to tell.

As far as I can tell they're all real. One is marked 14B of all things, and the center stone is missing.

It was a weird place to find one, for sure, but that may have been why it was there. There were some watch screws in the box too; even to me it looked like a leftover part at first glance. But then wait a second, that's not a sequin..!

You found a Frenchie and a hound. Just don't put them somewhere Her Furriness can get at them, just in case she gets a) in a mood or b) jealous.

Got this piece of McCoy potter recently. Not much going on recently with COVID and winter both creating a slower then usual market for antiques with no auctions and no estate sales right now.

Some tin boxes related to my home town (Antwerp).
They are quiet rare to find.

Old candy tins? I'd have bought those in a heartbeat at an estate or jumble sale.

Hey-- first post ever on this thread! Here's two recent finds: a stone Inuit /Alaska sculpture that I haven't yet ID'd and a whiteware Hopi pot by Delores Namoki.

Yes,the one on the top show the zoo of Antwerp, with his particular giraffe accommodation. The bottom one is a view of Brussels, with on the inside the logo of Matougin chocolats.

The last is one I have never seen before with a building that doesn't exist anymore a refearing to a cooperative that vanished too. Still researching this one...
