    1 Wonderful Sheraton tall chest 65in tall (1).jpg http://www.gamageantiques.com/auctions/100816/100816furn.html

For sale in 2016 at Gamage Antiques auction in Maine but, doesn't say how much it sold for in their archives. If it's not the same chest it was built in the same shop! :p
Pulls are different & OP chest has a ding on the 2nd from the top drawer front that sold chest above doesn't have.

Sometimes flipping it helps or eliminating the color. I think the middle name is Xavier. A SWAG is the it says "kaufmann estate, though the time frame is wrong.

His last name is so close to being readable in that black and white image. So close!

I thought the name was Jacob Yancy, but that didn't work out in census records for Lehigh County. I believe the surname does start with Y (because the only other choice to match the shape is an X and that goes nowhere.)

I was trying to figure out the B word on the second line, thinking it might be a place name in the county. But INH's suggestion above seems to have merit!

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

So, OK, I spent some time and gave it a good shot, with what I currently have to work with......using the B & W image....was able to bring it out a bit, but not sure enough to make it much more readable......WOULD LOVE to know what it says also!!!
Comparison- my brighter above- original below....
