Ok. Blue Willow mark mistery to me.

    Did you check thepotteries.org? Look under factory names with initials M and S or S and M.

    I suspect it's Charles Meigh.

    Use this link and scroll down to Identifying the Markings. I don't know how to get there from the home page either. http://www.thepotteries.org/pottery.htm
    Your grill plate looks like the John Steventon pattern, but the marking is still a mystery. Maybe an importer.

    Meigh used an MS mark, indicating Meigh and Sons. It's typical of their stuff.
