    Is there anyone that can help translating what it says on the back of this russian lacquer box?

    It says: Palekh (Russian folk laquer technique invented in the village of Palekh),
    then Merchant Kalashnikov (character of the Russian historical poem), the last is the name of the artist - Shilova
