Getting ready to put this up for sale, wondering how should I describe this painting

Just as the title says I'm trying to be prepared to list this and I know the artist is an amateur but wondering how should I describe this painting to get the maximum exposure

It will sell best in Mexico where they love skeletons and skulls. Make sure your description is bilingual and that you allow shipping to Mexico. Our female Mexican artist, can’t recall her board name, could tell you better, maybe somebody’ll interrupt her long siesta to get you some advice.

This is actually a local artist here in New Mexico she had an archive post on Facebook where she had sold this the first and only so far but no description just a pic. If I remember correctly her name was Elizabeth Ortiz.
