The Mgola-Kela statues and masks look very alien like to me and I love them

they could be....i was lookin all over the place for that orange and white paint..

 

Cross hatching is typical of Australian Aboriginal painting, originally in ochres but now commonly in acrylics. Having said that, I haven’t see pieces quite like these before.

 

i can't find where i found them at the moment...but i was looking for that special head design,,


,which it turnes out...was african all along..but I kept coming up with pacific islands..

 

Maybe Elcho Island or Tiwi?
