Strange architectural painting. Is it made to be printed??

This was the artwork for an album that I made in the early 70's (Cameo Roles by Rinky Dink and the Crystal Set) The album was made for Chrysalis Records but after a BIG falling out EMI Harvest took up the contract and released it. Unfortunately Chrysalis wouldn't let us have the artwork so a print was scanned and set into a cameo ring for the cover. Is amazing seeing it after all these years! Don't suppose you want to sell it? I have a sentimental attachment. Allan Black

Stumbled upon this post and whilst it's not important, this is not Black Sabbath's Bill Ward. I sang in this band and our Bill was an all-Canadian boy!

 

I think there must be some on-line resource that has the two Bills mixed up. In any case, nice to "meet" you, Allan. I'm a musician also, though none of my bands or CDs have risen beyond local "fame." Mandolin, violin, various Celtic instruments, mostly; lately playing what might be thought of as "Americeltic music."

 

I'm always amazed how once these 'facts' become established they are taken as gospel. When I was young I played with a couple of big names and when I read their biographies I know for a fact that a lot of it is complete fiction!
You play a range of very nice instruments. Good luck with it!

This thread was started back in April, so who knows if the original poster is even still reading. @Peter T Davis might have more contact information if he isn't. I'd like to see this end up back where it started too. I'm not a musician, but have sung backing harmonies for all comers at an open mike more than once.

 

I have fun.....luckily I've had a "day job" for many years; but music is still very important in my life.
Hope you can get the "head" back; that would be sweet.
